Regarding the Site’s audience measurement, Swello uses the Plausible solution. No cookies are placed on the Site; the solution uses methods such as counting the number of unique IP addresses or browser fingerprinting to identify users instead of cookies.

Cookies are set by Swello or by the following third parties: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.

In accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, the User may, at any time, object to the storage of cookies. The User may exercise this right by contacting SWELLO by email at the following address: support [at] swello [dot] com.

2. Social networks

The Site uses the plug-ins of the following social networks:

  • Facebook®, Instagram® & Threads®, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., headquarters at 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States;
  • X®, operated by X Corp., headquarters at 865 FM 1209, Building 2, Bastrop, TX 78602, United States;
  • LinkedIn®, operated by Microsoft Inc., headquarters at 1000 W. Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, United States;
  • TikTok®, operated by ByteDance, headquarters at Zhongkun Plaza, 6 Haidian Street, Haidian District, Beijing 100080, China;
  • Soundcloud®, operated by Soundcloud Limited, headquarters at Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany.

When the User interacts via these plug-ins, their browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the corresponding social network. The content of the plug-in is immediately transmitted by the User’s browser to the social network and stored on its servers. By integrating this plug-in, the social network is informed that the User has visited the Site. It can therefore associate the User’s browsing on the Site with their user account on that social network, where applicable. If the User does not want the social network to collect data about them through the Site and link it to their user account on the social network, the User must log out from the corresponding social network before visiting the Site. If the User is not a member of the social network, it may nevertheless collect and store their IP address.

In any case, SWELLO has no control over the exact content of the data thus collected. The use of plug-ins is carried out exclusively by the respective social networks and is governed by their general terms of use, available at the following addresses:

Facebook®, Instagram® & Threads® are registered trademarks and are owned exclusively by Meta Platforms, Inc.
X® is a registered trademark and is owned exclusively by X Corp.
LinkedIn® is a registered trademark and is owned exclusively by Microsoft Inc.
TikTok® is a registered trademark and is owned exclusively by ByteDance.
Soundcloud® is a registered trademark and is owned exclusively by Soundcloud Limited.
