How the trial period works?
The trial period is automatically activated when you create your account. You can then take full advantage of all the platform's features for free. Without any action on your part, after 7 days, your free trial will end automatically and your plan will be downgraded to STARTER plan (free) and therefore more limited. If your trial period is over but you consider that you did not have enough time to test everything, you can contact Apolline who will be happy to offer you an additional 7 days of trial. But shhh, this is just between us! 😉
Can I activate my trial period without providing payment information?
Yes, we will only ask you for your bank details if you wish to take out a subscription.
What happens at the end of my trial period?
At the end of the 7-day trial period and without any action on your part:
Your subscription will automatically downgrade to a free plan and will be limited;
All your scheduled messages (beyond the first 40 offered) will not be published;
Your stats will be gone;
And we will be heartbroken... 😢
What is the difference between an annual and a monthly subscription?
The functionalities are identical, only the period changes.
An annual subscription commits you for one year, a monthly subscription for one month. To thank you for your trust, if you commit yourself for one year, we offer you 2 months of subscription!
What payment methods are accepted? Is it secure?
We accept VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and MASTERCARD credit cards.
For the following needs:
Request for quotation;
Purchase order;
Bank transfer payment;
Payment by administrative mandate;
Payment via Chorus.
It's also possible! Just contact us.
Credit card payment is fully secured via SSL encryption protocol. Your banking data is encrypted and directly transmitted to Stripe, an organization compliant with PCI DSS. Swello does not store any payment information.
Is my subscription automatically renewed at the end of each period?
Yes, the subscription is tacitly renewed as long as you do not cancel it. The renewal request is made simultaneously with the payment. Note that you can stop your monthly subscription at any time. Simple, fast and without constraint!
Can I change my subscription?
You can change your subscription at any time.
A change to a higher plan will take effect immediately and you will be charged an amount based on your last payment.
A change to a lower plan will take place at the end of your commitment period to allow you to take advantage of the features for which you have already been charged.
What happens if I move to a lower plan?
When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change is made on the "anniversary date", the date your monthly or annual subscription is renewed. Your subscription will automatically be downgraded to the lower plan you requested and will be more limited. You will lose the features and data that were attached to the higher plan and all your scheduled messages (beyond those included in the new plan) will not be published.
How do I choose the plan that best suits my needs?
To be sure to select the plan that best suits your needs, we invite you to contact us by email or by phone: 01 79 75 74 70 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm - free call). We will then advise you on the plan that best suits your business.
Do you offer customized plans?
We want everyone to be able to customize the platform with the features they really need. We therefore propose personalized plans adapted to your objectives & needs. If you do not find what you are looking for in the proposed subscriptions, do not hesitate to contact us with your request.
A small clarification: we do not create personalized plans below the Large Plan or between the Medium and Large plans, for example.
Do you offer a discount for non-profit organizations (associations)?
In fact, we are pleased to offer non-profit organizations a 50% discount on all annual subscriptions. To take advantage of this offer, simply contact us to obtain a promotional code to be applied when you subscribe. We will ask you for a copy of the Declaration to the National Directory of Associations to prove that your entity is a non-profit association.
